We want everyone to be able to learn about and buy our products. We build soulyralabs.com to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. We have not had the site independently certified, so this page says what we test, what we know is not yet right, and how to reach us if something gets in your way.

What we test, on every change to the site

• Every page at eight screen sizes, from a 320-pixel phone to a 1920-pixel desktop, with no sideways scrolling.
• One main heading per page and headings in order, so screen-reader users can move through a page by its structure.
• A text alternative on every image; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
• Buttons and links large enough to tap, at least 44 by 44 pixels except for links inside running text.
• The whole purchase, from choosing a pack to reaching checkout, can be done with a keyboard alone. A “skip to content” link is the first thing on every page.
• Colour contrast of text against its background, checked with the automated axe-core tool against WCAG 2.2 AA on every page.
• Animation is switched off when your device asks for reduced motion, and nothing on the site flashes.
• No text is inside images. The full Supplement Facts panel is on the Lucidity page as real text, so it can be read aloud, enlarged or translated.

Known limitations

• Checkout is run by Stripe. When you press Buy you move to a secure checkout page hosted by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not control that page; Stripe publishes its own accessibility commitments. If you have any trouble there, email us and we will help you complete your order.
• The Soulyra Labs wordmark uses a low-contrast second word by design. It is a logo, not information, and the link it sits in is labelled “Soulyra Labs — home” for assistive technology.
• We have not yet completed a full manual review with a screen reader on every page. It is scheduled, and we will update this page when it is done.
