This policy describes what Soulyra Labs collects, why, and who else touches it. It is deliberately specific rather than generic, because a privacy policy that could describe any website tells you nothing about this one.
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording and no third-party trackers. Nothing on this site follows you anywhere else.
What we collect
If you join the list
The signup form collects your email address. Alongside it we store a record of the consent you gave: the exact wording shown next to the form at the moment you submitted it, what you agreed to receive, and the timestamp. We store the wording itself rather than a version number so that the record answers the question by itself, years later, without anyone reconstructing which version of the page was live that day.
If you click a buy button
We record an anonymous event: which pack was selected, the quantity, and the value. No personal information is attached to it and it is not linked to you. It exists so we can tell how many people wanted to buy, including the ones who then did not.
If you place an order
Checkout is handled entirely by Stripe. Your name, email, shipping address and payment details are collected by Stripe on their own pages. Soulyra Labs never sees or stores your card number. We receive the order information we need to ship your product and handle support — name, email, shipping address, and what you bought.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
How long we keep it
Email list entries are kept until you ask to be removed. Order records are kept as long as we need them for support, accounting and tax obligations.
Your choices
Email hello@soulyralabs.com and you can:
- Ask what we hold about you
- Ask us to correct it
- Ask us to delete it
- Unsubscribe from email at any time
We honour these requests regardless of where you live. You do not need to cite a regulation to get an answer.
Children
This site and this product are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Payment data never reaches our systems. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise — but the amount of personal data we hold is deliberately small, which is the most effective protection available.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
