These terms govern your use of soulyralabs.com and any purchase you make through it. By using this site or placing an order you agree to them.
Who you are dealing with
Soulyra Labs is a brand of Soulvaya Labs, INC, a Delaware corporation, at 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this site.
Products and pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and are the amount you pay; shipping is free and no tax is added at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed. We try hard to describe the product accurately and do not knowingly publish anything about it that we cannot substantiate.
Orders and payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout by Stripe. Your order is confirmed by the receipt Stripe sends you. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or an order appears fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you get a full refund.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
