Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Soulvaya Labs, INC (“Soulyra Labs”, “we”) handles consumer health data: personal information that is linked or reasonably linkable to you and that identifies your past, present or future physical or mental health. It is published for Washington’s My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373), Nevada’s SB 370 and similar laws, and the rights below are available to everyone, wherever you live. Our general Privacy Policy covers everything else.
Categories of consumer health data we collect, and why

We do not collect consumer health data through cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or precise location, and we do not use geofencing. The anonymous buy-button event described in our Privacy Policy contains no personal information and is not linked to you.
We collect consumer health data only as needed to provide the product or the help you have asked for. We will ask for your separate consent before collecting or using it for any other purpose, and we will not use it for advertising.

- Stripe, our payment processor, which passes us the details of your order after you pay.
Categories of consumer health data we share, and with whom

We share consumer health data with government authorities only where the law requires it. We have no affiliates that receive it. We do not sell consumer health data, and we never will without your signed authorization as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data, and give you access to it.
- Give you a list of the third parties we have shared it with, and an email address or other way to contact each of them.
- Withdraw your consent to our collecting or sharing it, where we relied on consent.
- Delete it — including from our backups and from the service providers that hold it for us, whom we will tell to delete it too.
To make a request, email hello@soulyralabs.com with the subject “Health data request” from the email address you used with us, and say what you would like. We may ask you to confirm it is you before we act. We will respond within 45 days; if we need more time we will tell you why within that period, and take no more than 45 further days. Requests are free.
If a law requires us to keep part of the data — for example, records of a serious adverse event, which federal law requires us to keep for six years — we will tell you what we are keeping and why.
Appeals
If we decline to act on your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision with the subject “Appeal”. We will tell you in writing within 45 days what we have decided and why. If we deny your appeal, you can contact the Washington State Attorney General or the attorney general where you live.
How we protect it
Access to order records and to health information you send us is limited to the people at Soulyra Labs who need it to help you. Payment card details never reach our systems.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. If we ever want to collect or use consumer health data in a new way, we will ask for your consent first.
