At Soulyra Labs we believe confidence begins with transparency. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, this page tells you exactly what you are entitled to and how to get it.

30-day satisfaction guarantee

To start a refund request, email hello@soulyralabs.com and include:

• Your order number
• The name used for the purchase
• The reason for the request — optional, but it is how we find out what to fix

What this covers

This policy applies to purchases made directly through soulyralabs.com, which is currently the only place Soulyra Lucidity is sold. If that changes and you buy from an authorised retailer, that retailer's own return policy applies to your order rather than this one.

Returns

For quality and safety reasons, dietary supplements generally cannot be restocked or resold once they have shipped. Depending on the situation we may:

• Issue a refund without asking you to return anything, or
• Ask that the product be returned before the refund is processed

If a return is required we will send you instructions. You are responsible for return shipping, except where:

• The wrong product was shipped
• The product arrived damaged
• The shipment was incorrect because of our error

In those three cases we cover it.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@soulyralabs.com with:

• Your order number
• Photographs of the packaging and the product
• A description of the problem

We will replace or refund the order quickly. We do not make people argue for this.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. That window is set by your financial institution, not by us — the refund leaves our side immediately on approval.

Because shipping is free on every order, there is no shipping charge to withhold. An approved refund returns the full amount you paid.

Changing or cancelling an order

If your order has not yet entered fulfilment we will do our best to update or cancel it. Once it has entered fulfilment or shipped, changes may no longer be possible. See shipping and fulfilment for how the timings work.
