Orders, shipping and refunds

Where your order is, changing an address before it ships, a damaged or missing parcel, or a refund. The details are on the shipping and refunds pages; email us and we will sort it out.

If you had a reaction

If you experience anything unexpected after taking Lucidity, stop taking it and, if you are concerned, contact your doctor. Then email us with the subject line “Reaction” — these messages are read first. We refund the order in full; please keep the bottle for its lot number. You can also report directly to the FDA through MedWatch or 1-800-FDA-1088. In an emergency, call 911.

Questions about the product

What is in it, how to take it, and what it is designed for are on the Lucidity page, including the full Supplement Facts panel. We cannot give medical advice: if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, please ask your healthcare professional before use. Lucidity is for adults 18 and over.
